It's been a busy summer!

This is what I've been up to this summer.
This was the first bag I made. I love the design, but I knew nothing about interfacing, so it's really floppy.

This is the second purse, but the first with interfacing. What a difference! I used cheapo retro fabric from Walmart. I still love it, but I know I won't for long.

This bag was made from this awesome tutorial:

It turned out a little small for my liking, but I made a bigger one to make up for it.

I made this bag using this tutorial: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=108647.0 The handles turned out a bit wonky, but I know how to fix that next time.

I've been surfing lots of blogs and this style bag appeared quite frequently. Here's my version.

This one was the only bag I made using a pattern. It was very fiddely and took the longest to make!

I've been admiring the Amy Butler swing bag pattern, but the fabric and patterns don't seem to be available in Canada, so I did my best to duplicate it. Not bad!
