Food Inc.

I just finished watching the feature film documentary, Food Inc.



Watch it. That's all I can say.

I'm going to the local farmer's market on Saturday morning and I will be on every Saturday from now on.

We try and shop for our veggies at Harvest Barn - we figure most of that stuff is local, or are we wrong?
