I have zero experience with any sort of photo editing software and I have no idea what I am doing. After about 3 hours and several frustrated tears later, this is what I came up with. It's ok, but unfortunately it's only good for another couple of weeks. I used an old version of Photoshop Elements.
What do other people use to make all their fancy banners?
