Pillowcase Totes
I seem to have collected quite a few pillowcases. I have been thinking about making tote bags out of them for a while now. This morning I finally got around to trying it. I made 4.
The lining is the same as the outer fabric. I did not use any interfacing because I'd like to be able to fold them up and put them in my purse for shopping.

I bought 2 of the big yellow/teal flowered pillowcases (for a grand total of 50 cents!) and made 4 bags out of them - they now go everywhere with me and are my shopping bags!
Feels so good to tell the clerk at a store you don't need a bag!
